I apologize that it took so long to write this post. My teachers gave me a ton of homework.
Anyway, today is World Cerebral Palsy Day. If you are on a social network post
something about Cerebral Palsy. You can
also donate to United
Cerebral Palsy if you want to. Another blogger is going to make a
montage and asked me to be in it! Check it out! azisamazing.blogspot.com
I hate
it when I can not do things that my friends can do. My goal is to be as
independent as my friends are. Sometimes I feel left out when I don’t get invited
to birthday parties. I think they are
too afraid. I have a manual chair that can get on stairs. One of my parents can
come if I need something. My friend Tyson invited me to his party and it meant a lot to me. My point is that I’m just a regular teenager. I love to party as much as other teens. Bailey, my puppy is doing great. Sometimes she gets puppy rage. She can be so sweet and is already growing a ton! Have a wonderful week!
Hi Jack
ReplyDeleteI am a good friend of your Grandparents and I have met you at their home. Your Grandma, Kathy and I are gals who would go to HyVee for coffee. I live in SC now and have told all my friends about you. They are all amazed at what you are doing. Your blog is fantastic plus your attitude towards CP is great. You are such a positive role model and bright young man. I am very proud of you.
I love the photos of your new pup. I have a dog named Molly and she is an absolute sweetie. Enjoy the days with your dog being little, as they do grow big very fast.
I wish you the best with school. Keep up the great work on your blog and your school work. Know that I will check in on your status. You are so smart it shows in how you express yourself. You have a fan in South Carolina now!!
God Bless you
Pam - Kathy's friend
Hey there, Jack!
ReplyDeleteWhew! I had some catching up to do on your blog. I LOVE to hear what you have to say. You are doing a fantastic job, and you are an excellent writer! Now, I need to have Emma, Abby and Justin take a look at it. :)
Bailey Rose is so adorable. It cracked me up when you said she sometimes has "puppy rage." We are talking about getting another puppy, too. Abby was talking to Mr. Saskowski today and said she wanted a golden retriever like you. I guess we have to see, but we sure know from you, that breed is wonderful.
Jack, you are an inspiration! Can I just say that? I am learning so much about you, and I look forward to seeing you again in person so now we can chat about what I read on here. By the way, when are you Augustana fans coming for a visit? I was looking at Ian's soccer schedule, and I have a couple of his games picked out that my family can go to. Do you like soccer? To me, it seems like it is a lot like hockey. (But, I still have to have Mr. Saskowski sit by me so he can explain the rules of the game.)
Okay, I can go on and on. Thank you for sharing your blog, Jack! Yay! to World Cerebral Palsy Day!
Have a great week at school!
Mucho love,
Mrs. Saskowski
